All booth spaces are 10x10. If you need more than that you will need to pay for each additional 10x10 space needed.

$50 for Emery County Vendors
$150 for Out-of-County Vendors
Half of these fees will be turned into "Fair Bucks" and the other half will go towards a one year Chamber Membership! (That's right, your booth fee includes a one year membership with the Emery County Business Chamber.) These fair bucks can be used at any vendor participating with the fair. By submitting your application below, you acknowledge this process and agree to accept the fair bucks at your booth during the weekend. You will be reimbursed at the end of the fair Saturday night. No fair bucks will be accepted after 8 pm Saturday night.
Tents, canopies, tables, and chairs are to be provided by the vendor. The fair will NOT provide these. All booth materials must meet standard fire safety guidelines.
There will be a limit of no more than two of the same vendors with consumables (food and beverage). Preference will be given to local vendors first. You will be notified as soon as possible if there is a conflict with your application and service provided.
You must have proof of insurance for your booth/business ($1,000,000 per occurrence). Don't have insurance? Click HERE to get a quote.
If you will be selling any food, drink, or consumables, you must have a food handlers permit through the State of Utah.
