The 2025 Emery County Fair will take place August 1-2 in Castle Dale, Utah.
If you would like to be considered as a vendor for this event, please complete the form below after reviewing the following:
2025 Vendor Rules & Requirements
Do Not Dump anything on the lawns or any surfaces of the fairgrounds - if you bring it, take it back with you or clean it up.
Do not dump anything in the storm drains.
No large trucks permitted to unload on the lawns. Ask permission.
Do Not park on the grass
Do Not camp by your booth overnight
You may park inside the orange cones to unload during vendor hours but must move your vehicle 30 minutes prior to each start time. The bleacher road must be kept clean. Vendors need to leave the close parking spots for the customers.
If you are selling food, you MUST COMPLETE THIS FORM AND RETURN IT TO [email protected]
All booth spaces are 10x10. If you need more than that you will need to pay for each additional 10x10 space needed.
Booth fees can be paid by check or cash made out to the Emery County Business Chamber by July 1st (mail to PO Box 1062, Castle Dale, UT 84513) or online. Your booth fee also includes a one year Chamber Membership!

$150 for Out-of-County Vendors
All booth fees will be turned into "Fair Bucks". These fair bucks can be used at any vendor with the fair. By submitting your application below, you acknowledge this process and agree to accept the fair bucks at your booth during the weekend. You will be reimbursed at the end of the fair Saturday night. No fair bucks will be accepted after 8 pm Saturday night.
Tents, canopies, tables, and chairs are to be provided by the vendor. The fair will NOT provide these. All booth materials must meet standard fire safety guidelines.
There will be a limit of no more than two of the same vendors with consumables (food and beverage). Preference will be given to local vendors first. You will be notified as soon as possible if there is a conflict with your application and service provided.
You must have proof of insurance for your booth/business ($1,000,000 per occurrence). Don't have insurance? Click HERE to get a quote.
