FREE workshops, T-shirt, pizza, and booth at the County Fair!
The advanced course will dive into additional trainings that cover e-commerce, SEO, SWOT Analysis, and more!

FEBRUARY: 26-29  |  4 PM-6PM
GRADES 4-7
4:00 PM @ 75 E MAIN IN CASTLE DALE (UPSTAIRS)
FREE workshops, T-shirt, pizza, and booth at the County Fair.
The beginner course will focus on business concepts and the basics of starting a successful business in Emery County.

MARCH 28: BUSINESS PITCH CHALLENGE
Youth will have the opportunity to pitch their business to industry professionals and receive seed money (up to $1,000) for their business! They will receive training during the workshops in March to help prepare them.

JULY 26 & 27: EMERY COUNTY FAIR
Program participants will have the opportunity to booth at the Emery County Fair for FREE (as well as many other local vendor events).

THANKS TO GENEROUS SPONSORS THERE WILL BE $1,000'S IN CASH AWARDS FOR OUR YOUTH ENTREPRENEURS TO RECEIVE IN SEED MONEY!
Including Emery County, the Emery County Business Chamber, our local Southeastern Utah Association of Local Governments Office , and the Business Technical and Assistance Center.​

    I believe that my child is physically and mentally capable of participating in the EC Bright Ideas activities. Furthermore, I agree to indemnify and hold harmless all volunteers, employees, associates, and all personnel (including consultants) participating in or associated in any manner with this event and program from any claims of damages, liabilities, injury, expense or loss occurring from activities or travel associated with the event.
    In case of accident or need for emergency medical attention, I give permission to program staff to take my child to a doctor and/or emergency facility of choice. It is understood that all expenses for treatment provided will be borne by the parent, guardian, or child. 
    My permission is granted to the agents, employees, or volunteers to photograph, record, film and videotape my child for future promotion of the programs or any Emery County publications.  I shall have no right approval, no claim to additional compensation and no claim (including without limitation, claims based upon invasion of privacy, defamation or right of publicity) arising out of any uses, alternation, and distortion or illusionary effect or use in any composite form.
