    Register a Booth!

    GREAT NEWS! Your $25 Booth Fee will go towards your 2020 Chamber Membership Package! Click HERE to learn more about what we have to offer our local businesses and view our current packages.

    Booth Fee: $25 and a gift from your business valued at a minimum of $20 for the silent auction. Your 10 x 10 space will include a table and 2 chairs.
    In addition to all other terms and conditions of the Vendor application & agreement entered into for the Beat the Winter Blues Business Fair & Festival. Vendor agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Emery County, the Emery County Business Chamber, their agents, volunteers, venues, officials and employees from and against all claims, liabilities and expense(s), including reasonable costs, expenses and attorney fees incurred, which arise by any cause or reason.

    It is recommended that the vendor secure and maintain General Liability insurance (and if selling food or other products, Products Liability insurance), with such policies either endorsed for Contractual Liability coverage, or which name Emery County as additional insured, to assure the vendor can fulfill this obligation.  Purchase of insurance does not limit or waive in any way the vendor's obligation under this Addendum.
